A strong brand held back by its foundations.
In November 2025, Rangs eMart, one of Bangladesh's leading electronics ecommerce platforms, approached us to strengthen organic search visibility, increase website-generated sales and build long-term visibility for competitive electronics searches without depending heavily on paid advertising.
The brand already had strong recognition, but technical SEO problems, weak content structures, inefficient indexing and limited preparation for AI-driven search constrained organic growth. Thousands of competing product pages made a strong technical and content foundation essential.
We combined technical SEO, ecommerce SEO, content optimization, conversion optimization, analytics implementation and Answer Engine Optimization to create a scalable organic growth programme.
What stood between Rangs eMart and organic growth.

Website architecture and technical limitations
Inefficient architecture reduced crawl efficiency. Multiple URL variations, incorrect or missing canonicals, duplicate product and category content, weak internal links, poor handling of removed products and missing SEO elements affected crawling, indexing and performance. Static CMS page titles and meta descriptions also made optimization difficult to scale across thousands of pages.
Limited category content
Brand and product category pages lacked dedicated optimized content areas. There was no structured space for educational publishing, limited semantic keyword coverage and weak topical authority. This reduced the opportunity to reach customers researching products before purchase.
User experience and conversion measurement
The site had no complete user interaction tracking setup, lacked server-side tracking and offered limited visibility into customer journeys. Organic product sales were not properly measured, making it difficult to connect SEO improvements with revenue outcomes.
Content strategy and AI search readiness
There was no dedicated blog infrastructure, customer-question content, semantic content strategy or optimization for AI search platforms. The site needed a framework for product recommendations, comparisons and other research-led searches.
Foundation first, then content, then visibility.
Our approach started with the technical foundation and extended through commercial pages, helpful content, AI-readable information and conversion measurement. Website migration recovery, security and usability improvements supported this work.

- Phase 1
Technical foundation
We audited and repaired the issues that affected search engines' ability to crawl, understand and index the site, while addressing changed and removed product URLs.
- Phase 2
Commercial and informational content
We improved category content and internal linking, then developed a blog structure to answer buyer questions and connect educational content with relevant products.
- Phase 3
Search visibility and measurement
We structured content for traditional and AI-powered search experiences and implemented tracking to understand organic customer journeys and sales performance.
Six workstreams, one organic growth programme.
Technical SEO audit and cleanup
We completed a technical SEO analysis and fixed the issues affecting performance, crawlability and indexing, from broken resources and duplicate metadata to canonical and crawl controls.
- Fixed broken JavaScript and CSS resources, internal images and internal and external links.
- Added missing meta descriptions, removed duplicate titles and meta descriptions, and improved heading structure.
- Improved duplicate content handling and redirect behavior, and removed unnecessary URL problems.
- Implemented proper canonical tags, with canonical URLs in the website head.
- Closed duplicate protocol versions of the website and fixed the missing doctype and favicon.
- Improved robots.txt resource accessibility and removed problematic URLs from the sitemap.

Ecommerce category optimization
We redesigned the SEO structure to improve category-level visibility and commercial keyword targeting, so valuable landing pages could capture high-intent searches and guide users before purchase. Brand pages, which previously had limited SEO value, gained optimized content sections targeting brand-related searches, product comparisons and buyer-intent terms.
- Created SEO-friendly category descriptions and dedicated content opportunities.
- Expanded semantic coverage for broader commercial searches.
- Improved internal links between relevant content, categories and products.
- Added useful guidance to support customers before purchase.

Website migration and URL recovery
During the website migration, many existing product URLs changed and previously indexed URLs began returning errors. We implemented a URL recovery strategy to preserve the value of existing pages and reduce avoidable search disruption.
- Identified the old indexed product URLs.
- Mapped and redirected old URLs to relevant new pages, recovering the value of previous rankings.
- Configured removed product pages to return a proper 404 status instead of a server error, separating removed pages from changed URLs that had a relevant replacement.
- Improved URL handling to reduce future ranking losses when products change.

Blog development and semantic content
Rangs eMart had no dedicated blog, so we built a content structure to help users research products, answer customer questions and strengthen topical authority around electronics categories. Educational content, related product showcases and internal links connected research with commercial pages.
- Created an SEO-friendly blog section and blog category structure, with managed URL slugs.
- Established a semantic content publishing framework with articles presented for AI search.
- Fixed missing H1 structure, image upload problems and blog banner sizing, and improved mobile responsiveness.
- Added related product showcases inside blog content.
- Improved the wider experience: blocked unnecessary /public URL exposure, added server-level redirects, and improved usability and accessibility.
AEO and AI search optimization
We introduced Answer Engine Optimization to prepare the site for AI-driven search experiences, including product recommendations and comparisons. Rangs eMart began receiving visibility from AI platforms, creating additional engagement and sales opportunities beyond traditional Google rankings.
- Improved the semantic content structure and created content targeting customer questions.
- Strengthened the relationships between brand, product and category entities.
- Added LLM-friendly website resources, including an llms.txt file.
- Started preparing AI-readable Markdown resources for the website.

Analytics and conversion tracking
To measure SEO-driven sales, we implemented advanced tracking and strengthened ecommerce performance reporting. The improved setup gave the team visibility into how organic visitors interacted with products and completed purchases, so SEO improvements could be tied to sales outcomes.
- Implemented server-side tracking.
- Improved conversion tracking accuracy.
- Enhanced ecommerce performance measurement.
- Developed a better understanding of organic customer journeys.
